There is almost no limit to the kinds and volume of orders we can produce at Thiel Tool & Engineering. We're equipped to produce anything from flat washers to close-tolerance deep draw stampings using multi-stage progressive dies.

Our stamping process includes:

• Die Assembly
• Specialists in Deep Drawing and Progressive Die Stamping
• Progressive Die Presses up to 800 tons
• Maximum die size 144”  X  60”
• Maximum press speed 160 stokes per minute
• Coil sizes up to 40,000 lbs.
• Bed sizes ranging from 36 -144 inches
